Our Quality Assurance ensures that all materials and substances contained in our products are manufactured, processed, tested, packaged, stored, and delivered in compliance with our strict quality standards and all regulatory requirements. Through the close collaboration of our internal production facilities and cooperation with external manufacturers and suppliers, we create a tightly integrated global production network dedicated to reliably and punctually supplying customers and patients worldwide with products that meet high quality standards in every single case.
Our branch in 1210 Vienna is a strategic location for solid dosage forms such as tablets, film-coated tablets, granules, and implants for the protection and treatment of livestock and pets. Quality Assurance Systems Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities

Assume the Quality role in document management as well as review and approval of quality-relevant GxP documents

Creation and versioning of local documents
-
Logbook management - Managing eLog as well as paper-based logbooks
-
Archiving coordinator
-
Quality Risk Management author and coordinator
-
Regular reporting of GxP-relevant KPIs
-
Representation of the department during audits and inspections
-
After comprehensive onboarding, you will gradually take over process responsibility for several of the processes you manage.
Requirements
-
Technical/scientific education (at least HTL)
-
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a GMP environment is required

Initial experience with document management and Data Integrity required

Business-fluent German and English skills (oral and written)

Independent, structured way of working

Strong prioritization skills to prioritize tasks in a goal-oriented manner and according to business priorities

The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 50,300 gross per year. Depending on the qualification profile and professional experience of the successful candidate, there is a willingness to pay more.
