Summary
A food quality assurance technician at Elephants Delicatessen's Milwaukie kitchen, working full-time early-morning shifts (Sunday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM) supporting quality of scratch-made deli foods. Requires a current Oregon Food Handler's Card and reliable transportation.
