Systel’s business is growing, and we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Technician to support our expanding production and quality operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our rugged compute products meet strict quality standards and continue to support missioncritical customer needs. The QA Technician helps drive quality excellence through inspection ownership, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.

Who You Are
You are a detailoriented quality professional experienced in electromechanical manufacturing environments. You thrive in inspectiondriven processes, enjoy problemsolving through data analysis, and can collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure that quality objectives are consistently met. You are comfortable balancing handson inspection work with process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage First Article Inspections, including recording, analyzing, and certifying results and driving process improvements.
  • Own and manage Incoming Inspection, inspecting components before assembly and analyzing trend data.
  • Support investigations, rootcause analyses, and corrective actions for internal and supplierrelated quality issues.
  • Conduct analyses related to critical control points, preventive measures, limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
  • Provide technical support and backup to Quality Control Inspectors.
  • Train production personnel on qualityrelated processes.
  • Assist with corrective action processes, calibration programs, UL followup, ISO 9001 certification work, process and product audits, and other special quality projects.
Education and Experience
  • AS degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience related to manufacturing electromechanical products.
  • Working knowledge of standard office software applications.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASQ Certification(s): CMI, CQT, and/or CQA.
  • Experience supporting ISO 9001 certification activities, quality audits, or calibration programs.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
