RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in executing test cases and test plans for software applications and system features.
- Perform functional and basic regression testing under the guidance of Test Leads.
- Identify and document software defects in the defect tracking system.
- Support test case documentation and updates based on product requirements.
- Assist with compatibility testing across different systems or devices.
- Record and report test results and observations accurately.
- Support the QA team in test environment setup and test execution.
- Participate in team discussions and testing reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing or QA. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
- Experience with defect tracking and preparing test documentation.
- Familiarity with bug tracking or test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Windows environments and application testing.
