QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER / TEST ANALYST / UAT - BANK
Our Client:
A leading Hong Kong-based financial services group, delivering comprehensive banking, wealth management, and investment services across Greater China and worldwide.
Job Description:
Plan and execute UATtest cases, scenarios, and end-to-end user journeys (e.g., account opening, transfers, bill payments) across mobile and web banking platforms.
Perform regression and sanity testingto ensure new deployments don’t break existing functionality prior to release.
Conduct digital channel testing, including cross-browser/responsive design, iOS/Android compatibility, biometric login, push notifications, and front-end to core banking integration.
Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and developersto clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, reproduce bugs, and verify fixes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear, timely reports on testing progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a specific focus on UAT.
Proven experience testing Digital Channels(Mobile Banking apps and Online Banking websites) is preferred.
Experience working within the Banking or Financial Servicesindustry is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
