Quality Assurance Tester (Testing Services & Automation)

Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per month

Are you passionate about software quality and testing? We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our Testing Services & Automation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and testing documentation.

• Design and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.

• Execute testing activities and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

• Track, document, and report testing progress, defects, and QA metrics.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.

• Perform defect verification, validation, and regression testing.

• Support UAT activities and provide QA consultation to internal and external stakeholders.

• Analyze test results and recommend quality improvements.

• Participate in test planning reviews and quality governance initiatives.

• Maintain testing templates, release documents, and QA artifacts.

• Support test automation initiatives and continuous quality improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 6 years of IT industry experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Test Engineering.

• Solid understanding of Software Testing methodologies, Quality Assurance, Governance, and Test Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC processes, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.

• Strong knowledge of test automation tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Experience in test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting.

• Proven experience in enterprise-scale project delivery.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Test Automation frameworks and automation strategy.

• Knowledge of Python programming.

• Experience working on AI-related projects.

• Exposure to quality governance and testing center of excellence (TCoE) initiatives.
