Quality Assurance Tester

Job Description

• Monitor the software development process to ensure design quality and adherence to standards.
• Plan QA test plan including coverage of test cases.
• Manage and run QA testing and analysis to ensure that the product meets or exceeds specified quality standards and end-user requirements, highlighting defects before release.
• Create test cases (min 100+).
• Deliver quality service to internal stakeholders and is meticulous in conducting tests to ensure product quality requirements are met.
• Anticipate problems in the development process develop.
• Articulate innovative and effective solutions to address problems and prevent re-occurrence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to IT or Business.
• Possess excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills to navigate multiple challenges.
• Proactive and hands on to remove blockers and deliver the project on time.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skill, with the ability to work with a diverse team.
• Good problem-solving skills, while applying the right methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
