Basic Salary: $2,300 β $3,000
Additional Allowances (For Work Days Only)
- π 12-hour Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
- π 12-hour Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift
- π± Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per workday

Fixed 4-Day Work Week (Choose One Team)
Team A: Monday β Thursday
Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
π§ Key Responsibilities
- Perform product inspections and quality checks in accordance with established quality standards.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections on components and finished products.
- Identify, record and report product defects or non-conformities.
- Assist with failure analysis, investigation and reporting.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
β Requirements
- Technical, vocational, NITEC or equivalent qualification preferred.
- At least 1β2 years of experience in quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing or a production environment.
- Able to perform duties in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Able to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good attention to detail with effective organisational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working at heights where required and able to comply with workplace safety requirements.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, as it is the primary working language for safety, documentation and operational communication.
