Job Summary

The Quality Control team is responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards before they reach customers. This includes performing inspections, conducting tests, identifying defects.

Key Responsibilities

Product Inspection and Testing:

  • Perform regular inspections of products both from South Korea and Ecoplastic Savannah to ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Use various testing equipment and techniques to measure product quality, including visual inspections, gap and flush measurement (e.g., flush gage, gap ruler).

Monitoring Production Processes:

  • Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout production.
  • Identify areas where process improvements can be made to reduce defects and increase efficiency.

Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure products and processes comply with company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Defect Identification and Reporting:

  • Identify defective products, materials, or processes and take immediate corrective action (ex. leave a message to group chat).
  • Work with assembly teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Share serious quality problems to senior management and recommend corrective actions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Write daily reports on inspection results.
