Quality Control Engineer I TLT PCB

The TLT Group of factories in Vilnius is expanding its production capacity and strengthening its Quality Control team. We are looking for Quality Control Engineers to help ensure that our products and manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards within our modern, highly automated manufacturing environment.

In this position, you will:

• Inspect incoming raw materials and components according to established quality standards.

• Perform quality inspections of manufactured PCB products in accordance with technical specifications.

• Improve and update quality control methods and procedures.

• Review and analyse testing and inspection data to identify non-conformities.

• Coordinate the handling of non-conforming products.

• Participate in non-conformity investigations.

• Collaborate with process engineers, production teams, and supply chain specialists to resolve quality-related issues.

• Provide suggestions for process improvements.

• Perform other tasks related to the position.

What we expect from you:

• A degree in engineering, physical sciences, or a related field (such as electronics, materials science, technology, etc.).

• Previous experience in quality control (experience in electronics or precision manufacturing is considered an advantage).

• Ability to work with measuring equipment and microscopes.

• A responsible, detail-oriented approach and strong analytical thinking skills.

• Good English language skills.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards is considered an advantage.

Salary:

We value each candidate's experience and expertise and offer an attractive salary based on skills and competencies. The salary for this position ranges are 12 - 15 Eur/val. (~2016–2520 Eur (gross)), depending on your experience and qualifications.

The employment contract specifies a fixed gross hourly wage.
