Quality Control Engineer 品管工程師 (桃園觀音)

Position Summary

Due to significant growth in our business, our Hsinchu Site is now looking for a QC Engineer who excels in analytical processes, instrument reliability maintenance, and satisfying customer requirements. This position will be dedicated to GCMS instrument management and related QC activities exclusively for the Guanyin Site. (or Hsinchu Site)
Principal Duties & Responsibilities

GCMS Instrument Management & Maintenance

• Execute daily operation, calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for GCMS and related laboratory instruments.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for instrument operations.

Quality Control & Analysis

• Perform routine and non-routine sample analysis utilizing GCMS to ensure all products meet stringent customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Ensure analytical accuracy and reliability for all site-specific QC activities.

Documentation Control & Reporting

• Maintain accurate analytical records, generate quality reports, and ensure full traceability of laboratory data.
• Manage and control the documentation related to GCMS operations and site QC activities.

Continuous Improvement & Related Duties

• Assist the site manager in identifying and mitigating quality risks within the laboratory.
• Support site-specific internal audits and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance overall laboratory efficiency.
