Quality Control Engineer [SL]

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control plans, procedures, and inspection requirements.

Prepare Project Quality Plans (PQP) and establish inspection arrangements to monitor compliance throughout project execution.

Conduct inspections on materials, production processes, and completed deliverables to verify adherence to established standards.

Coordinate with production, engineering, project, and supplier teams to address quality concerns and maintain delivery schedules.

Evaluate supplier and subcontractor documentation to ensure compliance with required certifications and quality standards.

Analyse quality data, inspection results, and non-conformance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Recommend corrective and preventive actions to address defects and strengthen quality management processes.

Participate in quality audits and maintain project quality records, audit schedules, inspection reports, and technical documentation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Ensure quality-related activities follow the organisation's procedures and applicable workplace health and safety requirements.

Perform other duties assigned by Management.
