Quality Control Inspector

Objectives of the position:

The Quality Inspector must be a communicative, analytical, and creative team player who can achieve high levels of quality. An individual who is mature and possesses a good attitude with willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform incoming inspection by check on raw material appearance, dimension, and detail
2. Perform in-process inspection during the production stage
3. Perform final quality inspection by checking appearance and dimension
4. Perform electrical testing with an automated testing machine
5. Verify the material used in the product
6. Fabrication of tester jig
7. Document and maintain quality checklist and record
8. Support other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualification:

1. Freshman or experienced in the QC field
2. Willing to work overtime when needed (including weekends)
3. Strong communication skills
4. Have a mindset that emphasizes the quality of products.
5. Minimum knowledge in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
6. Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
7. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
8. Experience in cable harness manufacturing is an advantage.
