Oversee electronics manufacturing quality control by leading inspection teams, analyzing defects, and enforcing process standards to meet customer and regulatory specifications.
- Focuses onleading inspection operations, enforcing process standards, and managing quality inspectors to prevent defects from reaching customers.
- Manage and evaluate day-to-day inspection activities of QC inspectors, ensuring all company policies and training are actively followed.
- Defect Prevention & Analysis: Prevent failures from reaching the customer.
- Conduct failure analyses, perform root cause investigations, and enforce corrective action follow-ups on inspection findings.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement optimization ideas to benefit the business and manufacturing process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide timely feedback to the engineering team to improve quality documentation. Work closely with internal manufacturing teams to ensure products meet exact customer and government specifications
