Quality Control Manager

OVERVIEW:

• Oversee and continuously improve the GMT International Corp QMS
• Ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and continuous certificate audits
• Oversee inspection documents and lab work

PERFORMANCE METRICS:

1. Set and Plan the annual ISO 9001 audit schedule by the end of February each year
2. Review incoming inspection documents and approve within two days of receipt
3. Ensure less than 2% RMA rate on Make to Stock orders (based on dollar value)
4. Review all ISO documents as scheduled in the document control form
