QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

We are looking for a detail-oriented qualitycontrol manager to ensure the manufacturing production lines run smoothly andgenerate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiencystandards.

Responsibilities:

· Gaining an understanding of the client's needs andrequirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the productionteams.

· Devising ways to improve the manufacturing processto ensure higher-quality goods.

· Devising, improving, and reviewing newspecifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff touse them.

· Setting the requirements for raw materials fromsuppliers and monitoring their compliance.

· Supervising inspectors, technicians, and otherstaff members and providing guidance.

· Ensuring legal obligations are followed andensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safetyguidelines.

· Overseeing product development procedures toidentify any deviations from quality standards.

· Inspecting the final output, comparing it to therequirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.

· Keeping accurate documentation and performingstatistical analysis.

· Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings,submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

Qualifications:

· Previousexperience in production or manufacturing.

· Experiencein business administration may be advantageous.

· Strongattention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.

· In-depthknowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.

· Strongknowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
