Quality Control Microbiologist

Kinetic has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a quality control microbiologist to be based in the UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Perform microbiological analysis for raw material, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Lead and supervise a team of microbiologists and lab technicians.
• Review and approve test results, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate records of all laboratory documentations.
• Investigate microbial contaminants and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing, particularly in sterile production.
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• High attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
