Quality Control Technician

About the role
At Ananda ETT we are specialists in personnel selection and we are currently collaborating with an important company in the Murcia region in the search for a person for the position of Quality Control in the packaging lines.
We are looking for a responsible, meticulous person committed to product quality, who contributes to the fulfillment of the quality and safety standards established during the packaging process.
What will your duties be?
- Conformity control of the packaged product.
Verify that citrus preparations meet customer specifications, guaranteeing that the product is legal, safe, and of quality. This includes controlling the weight, caliber, visual quality of the fruit (color, defects, freshness), state and type of packaging materials, as well as the integrity of the primary packaging (bags, meshes, etc.).
- Physical-chemical control and analysis of the fruit.
Perform specific technical analyses according to work instructions and customer specifications, such as Shelf Life Test (TVC), maturity index (IM) measurement, juice percentage, and seed control. These controls allow for ensuring that the product meets internal quality parameters and commercial requirements.
What you'll do
Experience in citrus companies.
Must have a driver's license.
Availability to work in the morning shift, afternoon shift, or split shift, according to organizational needs.
Responsible, organized, observant person with attention to detail.
Ability to detect incidents and communicate possible deviations effectively.
The following will be valued positively:
Previous experience in quality control positions, especially in packaging lines.
Experience in industrial environments or in the agri-food sector.
Basic knowledge of food safety and quality procedures.
