Quality Control Technician Trainee - Weekend Shift

Overview:

The Quality Control Technician Trainee is an entry-level role focused on learning quality control procedures and techniques. This role offers hands-on experience in product inspections, testing, and documentation, following 2 Second Lean principles for process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: (include but not limited to): Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following:

• Assist in performing inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Learn to document and report quality findings.
• Support the implementation of 2 Second Lean improvements in quality processes.
• Work closely with experienced QC technicians to learn industry standards and best practices.
• Other duties may be assigned by leadership.
