We are seeking a Quality Documentation Specialist to add to our Team. The Quality Documentation Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, organizing, and controlling quality management system (QMS) documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards. This role supports quality assurance initiatives by maintaining accurate records, coordinating document revisions, and ensuring employees have access to the latest approved documentation.

- Knowledge of product/document configuration management
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and changing priorities with minimal supervision
- Must be familiar with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently, have computer experience and have knowledge of applicable product standards
You Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Documentation Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Intermediate level and document management (e.g. Word) software skills
- Must have excellent, written and verbal configuration skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail are necessary
- Must be a strong team player with good problem solving, and good verbal and written communications skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Associate will review and approve manufacturing and related documentation to support timely product and system release
- Assist and guide in the preparation of product documentation, product and document change request package development
- Responsible for activities related to providing required documentation and implementing related documentation systems
- Assist in providing training on documentation
- Document configuration and product data management
- Assist in training internal and external personnel on documentation
- Maintain and own internal documents
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance to procedures and customer requirements
- Ensure all document and system elements are identified, accurate and assembled for review and approval
- Maintain, proof read, and change as needed Standard Operating Procedures
- Organize and maintain customer specific documentation
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, On-site
Compensation: Depending on experience
