Basic salary UP to $5,000 (based on experience) + Performance bonus
Stable Monday to Friday work schedule (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities include:
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.
Prepare process inspection plans and quality documentation.
Plan and manage calibration systems for gauges and measuring equipment.
Conduct internal and supplier QMS audits.
Deliver training on QMS requirements and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Oversee First Article Inspection (FAI), Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection activities.
Lead Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) investigations using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, and DOE.
Drive quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) across production processes.
Support cost reduction, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and 5S workplace improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
Min 2 years of experience in precision manufacturing are highly preferred.
Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
Experience with AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
Familiarity with RRCA methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, DOE).
Experience conducting QMS audits.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
