Quality Engineer (After Sales)

As Quality Engineer you will be the main point of contact for all escalated product quality issues, taking full ownership of tracking and resolving them. You will gather and interpret performance and failure data to investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and escalate complex problems to the right technical stakeholders. You will prioritize and triage incoming quality issues based on criticality, frequency, and business impact, delivering actionable engineering or process solutions. You'll act as the bridge between R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on Sealminer-related quality matters. You will build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of failure modes and best practices, and keep stakeholders updated with transparent, accurate reporting on investigations and corrective actions. You may also assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary stakeholder and main point of contact for all escalated product quality issues
  • Gather, study, and interpret performance and failure data to investigate quality issues
  • Identify root causes and escalate complex problems to appropriate technical stakeholders
  • Establish preventive quality measures including design guidelines, validation plans, and process controls
  • Prioritize and triage incoming quality issues based on criticality, frequency, and business impact
  • Provide actionable engineering or process solutions
  • Act as the bridge between R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing teams
  • Facilitate communication and alignment on Sealminer-related quality matters
  • Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base of failure modes, lessons learned, and best practices
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and regular updates to stakeholders on quality investigations and corrective actions
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by team lead or management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or similar technical role, preferably within hardware and electronics
  • Semiconductor manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Strong ability to gather and analyze technical data to drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear updates for cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing investigations simultaneously and prioritize tasks under pressure
