QUALITY ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
· Perform review/gap analysis on customer’s specifications for chemical processes, with adequate process control measures.
· To conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance according to plating specifications
· Actively involve in new process setup, buy-off and qualification program
· Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
· Translate customers’ specifications to Work Instructions/SOPs
· Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company.
· Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system are complied with requirements.
· Aggressive to trigger process improvement in terms of better quality, more stable process, improve productivity, reduce cycle time etc.
· Provide training to the operators, inspectors and executive staff continuously to achieve team or Company’s objective.
· Ensure good-house keeping at the work place
· Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Manager or Management.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, both orally and with written correspondence
