Primary Job Purpose:

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems to ensure products consistently meet customer and industry standards.

  • Analyze product and process performance, identify quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective improvement solutions.

  • Learn and apply quality engineering tools and methodologies to solve manufacturing challenges and enhance product reliability.

  • Participate in system and process audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality requirements.

  • Assist in driving preventive quality initiatives to minimize defects and improve overall manufacturing performance.

  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to investigate non-conforming materials and support timely resolution.

  • Monitor production quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvement actions to achieve higher First Pass Yield and product quality.

  • Investigate customer quality concerns and returns, perform root cause analysis, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring quality objectives and performance targets are consistently achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline.

  • Open for entry level, training will be provided. Candidates with internship or project experience in semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing environments will have an added advantage.

  • Exposure to quality engineering methodologies, such as Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, or quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001), is a plus—but not essential. We provide training to help you grow.

  • Good interpersonal, leadership, analytical and communication skills.
