Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet customer requirements, internal quality standards, and company procedures. This position requires close cooperation with customers and cross-functional teams to improve product quality, resolve customer complaints, and support the successful launch of new projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify, monitor, and implement specific customer requirements for projects and products.
• Manage customer complaints, including 8D problem-solving activities and communication with customers.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate PPAP activities and prepare documentation according to customer requirements.
• Plan and conduct internal product and process audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and monitor the effectiveness of measurement systems.
• Prepare work instructions, control plans, and other quality-related documentation.
• Organize and conduct employee training related to quality requirements and customer expectations.
• Actively participate in new projects and product launches.
• Participate in internal and external quality system audits.
• Initiate and monitor corrective and preventive actions aimed at improving product and process quality.

Education and Qualifications

• VI or VII level degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Organizational Sciences, or other related technical disciplines).
• Previous experience in quality-related positions within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Knowledge of IATF and ISO standards.
• SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of German language is considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
