Quality Engineer

Requirements:

• 1-4 years in a QA or quality engineering role, with ownership of test strategy, not just execution.
• Track record of finding issues outside of explicit test cases or written specs.
• Excellent communication skills comfortable owning conversations directly with clients.
• Comfortable learning and adopting new tools without hand-holding.

Strong preference:

• Experience with prompt engineering has refined a system prompt for an LLM-based agent to improve output reliability.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based products and their failure modes.
• Has built or defined testing rubrics used by a team, not just followed one.
• Comfortable in an early-stage environment with shifting priorities and limited process.
