What you´ll do Own and maintain quality documentation, procedures, specifications, and records to ensure compliance, traceability, and data integrity within quality management systems. Lead customer complaint investigations and internal quality issues by partnering with Engineering and Production teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Partner with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and technical teams to resolve quality concerns, improve manufacturing performance, and support operational excellence. Analyze quality and process data to identify trends, monitor key performance metrics, and drive data-based decisions that improve product quality and consistency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, regulatory compliance activities, and special projects while ensuring adherence to SHEQ requirements.
