Quality Engineer

Job title: Quality Engineer Role Summary This role is a great fit for professionals with a background in quality engineering and experience in IATF coordination. Responsibilities - Coordinate IATF 16949 compliance activities, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards - Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits as necessary - Prepare quality documentation, including process flows, control plans, and inspection reports - Analyze quality performance data and implement corrective actions as required - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive improvements - Support the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) - Provide training on quality standards and processes to staff members Must-Have Skills - Experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment - Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and quality management systems - Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Pareto analysis - Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques Good-to-Have Skills - Experience in supplier quality management and developing supplier relationships - Certification in Quality Management or related fields In this role, candidates will enhance their expertise in quality engineering processes while gaining valuable experience in compliance management and continuous improvement strategies.
