Job Responsibilities

• Support the investigation and resolution of product, process, manufacturing, and customer-related quality issues.
• Assist with customer feedback and complaint investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support non-conformance investigations, risk assessments, failure analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with product and process verification, inspection, testing, and evaluation as required.
• Prepare, review, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, technical documents, and relevant records.
• Collect and analyse quality and operational data to support problem solving and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in quality, process, and product improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Support Quality Management System activities and participate in internal, customer, supplier, or external audits when required.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and support assigned projects.
• Escalate significant quality, technical, safety, or compliance concerns to the relevant supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality, or other technical industries is preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, medical devices, or Quality Management Systems will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques such as ANOVA, Gage R&R, DOE, or hypothesis testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies such as 5-Why, 6M, 8D, DMAIC, PDCA, or A3.
• Knowledge of risk assessment tools such as PFMEA is an advantage.
