Quality Engineer
Summary
Designs and runs software tests for system and user acceptance, automates test cases, and works in Agile teams to validate features before release.
Job Description:
- Design, develop, and execute robust l test scenarios for SIT and UAT.
- Build and enhance test scripts aligned with project requirements and best practices.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories.
- Perform requirement analysis and contribute to test strategy and automation approach.
- Provide regular updates and effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Ensure automation coverage, stability, and continuous improvement of test assets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
- Exposure in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability in client and stakeholder management
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and user story understanding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
