Quality Engineer (Plant Quality)

• To achieve rolled throughput yield, and shipping audit point.
• Internal process quality management including line reject parts confirm and analysis, process quality control and failure issues management.
• New project process release include test production run audit, release to production I audit, release to production II audit.
• Follow group standard to implement annual Process division audit.
• Use 8D tool to solve the production process related problem include shipping audit failure, closely tracking the 8D progress and check the solution effectiveness, close 8D on time.
• Be responsible for VGPA level 1&2.
• Be responsible to review test instruction, SOA, process control plan, PFMEA.
• Accompany with all kinds of external audit about production line, to meet company’s policy and legal policy.

• University Education, At least three years’ work experience in quality system in a multinational manufacturing companies.
• Familiar with the manufacturing industrial and production processes.
• Good skills in communication and interpersonal relationship.
• Good command of English both in spoken and writing and computer.
