| EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: |
| Four-year college or university program certificate with a quality or business focus; and/or six years minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous automotive manufacturing experience required. Powder Metal experience preferred. |

| LANGUAGE SKILLS: |
| Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. |

| MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: |
| Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. |

| COMPUTER SKILLS: |
| Must be proficient in utilizing various software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Project Manager and Outlook, and all quality assurance specific software. |
