Quality Engineer – Precision Manufacturing

· Perform inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished components

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications

· Hiring for Sigma Toolings, G 39/20, MIDC Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), 431136.

· Interpret drawings and verify dimensions and tolerances

· Maintain quality records and inspection reports

· Identify defects and support root cause analysis

· Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues

· Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures

• CTC: 20000 to 24000 per month
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
  

Requirements

· Diploma in any stream / BSc

· 2–3 years of experience in quality inspection or assurance

· Good understanding of precision machining and quality standards

· Ability to use measuring instruments effectively

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of quality inspection and assurance processes

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

· Understanding of GD&T and tolerance standards

· Proficiency in measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge)

· Basic knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, root cause analysis)

· Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

· Documentation and reporting skills
