The Job

Purpose of the role
As a Quality Engineer (QE), you will work with our cross-functional tech delivery teams to build and ensure the quality of our next-generation, globally scalable technology platforms. You will combine automated and manual testing strategies—spanning mobile, web, and API testing—to support product and system requirements throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
What will you do?

• Perform comprehensive manual and automated product testing on multiple platforms: Android, iOS, WebApp, and API.
• Leveraging AI coding agent tools (such as Claude or Kiro) to assist with writing test cases, testing, and reporting issues using frameworks such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Playwright, JMeter, or SoapUI.
• Organize and manage required QE support to ensure on-time delivery according to Scrum sprint cycles.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases according to technical and product specifications.
• Assist in day-to-day bug monitoring, defect tracking, and analyzing root causes or common trends across issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to establish test strategies, streamline release cycles, and conduct UAT.
• Work with the Product team to manage overall UAT processes across business teams (Product, CS, local market operations) to elevate system quality.

Your Skills and Experience
Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field..
• Familiarity with manual and automation testing across mobile (Android, iOS), web applications, and APIs, with a willingness to leverage AI tools to bridge gaps and expand testing capabilities.
• Understanding of software testing principles, test cases, bug reporting, and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Ability to identify issues, investigate unexpected behavior, and support risk assessment and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)..
• Willingness to learn and use AI tools (e.g., Kiro, Claude, Cursor) to improve testing efficiency and explore test automation.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in Performance Testing, and Security Testing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
