Description
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of sheet metal components.
- Ensure product quality as per customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
- Inspect sheet metal parts manufactured through cutting, bending, punching, welding, fabrication, and other processes.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle customer complaints, internal rejections, and supplier quality issues.
