Our Client a leading company in field of test systems and turn-key solutions for antenna characterization, radar signature evaluation, RF monitoring and EMC testing & located at Hyderabad Location.
They are looking for Quality Engineer
Position: Quality Engineer
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mech/Chem/Production/Plastic Engineering
Experience : 4-30 Years in Quality Testing for Plastic/Foam Products/Components
Salary: Rs. 30,000 to 70,000/Month based on experience of candidate
Job Details:
- Person has to visit Supplier Plant for 100% Quality Control & Witness to QC Pass Items
- Incoming & Outgoing Inspection: Inspect raw material components & finished product through measurement systems prior to dispatch or integration.
- Testing & Calibration: Execute functional and dimensional testing
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed inspection logs, test data sheets, and calibration records.
- Non-Conformance Management: Identify defects, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and lead root cause analysis (RCA) alongside production and engineering teams.
- Compliance & Auditing: Support internal quality audits and maintain adherence to quality management guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce rework and improve First-Time-Right (FTR) metrics
- Person has to create quality check reports & share it to Client's office.
- Person has to communicate with Suppliers & Management about quality checks, reports & processes.
