Quality Engineer (Tester)
Summary
Quality Engineer responsible for designing and executing SIT/UAT test scenarios, building automation frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure test coverage and quality in a client-facing delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute robust l test scenarios for SIT and UAT.
Build and enhance test scripts aligned with project requirements and best practices
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories
Perform requirement analysis and contribute to test strategy and automation approach
Provide regular updates and effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment
Ensure automation coverage, stability, and continuous improvement of test assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
Exposure in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proven ability in client and stakeholder management
Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and user story understanding
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
