Quality Engineer
Summary
Quality Engineer at Titan Circuits preventing defects and driving root-cause investigations in PCB/electromechanical manufacturing. Enforces AS9100/ISO9001 compliance, analyzes quality metrics (FPY, escapes, rework trends), validates AOI programming, and supports inspection teams using IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards. Works cross-functionally with Production Engineering, Operations, and Quality
The Quality Engineer is responsible for preventing defects, driving root-cause investigations, strengthening Titan’s quality management system, and improving process capability across PCB assembly and electromechanical build operations. This role works directly with Production Engineering, Operations, and the Quality Supervisor to eliminate recurring issues, tighten documentation, and ensure products meet all internal, customer, and AS9100 requirements.
Titan expects this role to be data-driven, floor-focused, and uncompromising in enforcing quality discipline. The Quality Engineer owns the analysis behind escapes, the rigor behind corrective actions, and the standards that prevent rework and customer issues.
