Quality Engineer - TOSCA Test Suite
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱80,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer (QE) with at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong hands-on expertise in TOSCA Test Automation. The role will focus on ensuring software quality throughout the development lifecycle by designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases, identifying defects, and implementing quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate has an automation-first mindset, with a focus on achieving high test automation coverage and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis TOSCA.
Create and execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
Implement an automation-first testing approach to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Work toward high automation coverage, targeting approximately 80% of functional requirements where applicable.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify, document, track, and manage software defects.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Perform testing throughout the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
Establish and maintain testing processes, standards, and quality controls.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software reliability and testing effectiveness.
About you
At least 3 years of relevant Quality Engineering or Software Testing experience.
Hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA Test Automation.
Experience designing, developing, and executing automated test cases.
Experience with manual and functional software testing.
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of defect identification.
