JOB SUMMARY:

The Quality Engineer is an integral member of a cross-functional team of Engineering, Production, and Sales personnel. This position requires a hands-on problem-solver to maintain a strong floor presence in an agile, high-growth manufacturing environment. The Quality Engineer will monitor and improve the quality of operational processes and outputs for several product families, ranging from complex assemblies to low-volume specialty products. You must be detail-oriented and claim stewardship of all pertinent quality functions. 3+ years’ experience in the A&D Industry is required. A university degree and/or relevant ASQ certifications are a plus.
