Job Description

· Supervise whole production’s quality, handling and defining all problems concerning of flat casing or shirring and making correct solutions to them. Disqualify unqualified flat casings and caddies.

监督整个生产车间的产品质量, 处理各种套缩问题及原材料问题，并正确的处理这些问题。对有问题的原料及内盒进行报废。

• Being able to recognize quality defects of material and knows how to proceed on machines in case of doubts about quality of the material, how to decide if machine or casing problem, how to separate/ block reels if necessery. In case of bigger amount of suspected material knows how to analyze the situation according to extrusión dates / lines / batches.

· Knowing how to use Production Reporting (OSP, Targit, Vinsite) to review production figures and waste figures.

知道怎么使用报表系统（OSP，Targit,Vinsite）查询生产及报废信息。

· Control of quality process and product quality. Supervise ATL、water tester、stuffer’s daily work and training new ATLs.

控制质量流程及产品质量，监督ATL的日常工作，培训新的ATL。

· Ensure disqualification data from ATL, water test, stuffing has been input into computer from different shifts are correct.

确保每班ATL,水检，灌肠车间输入电脑的数据是正确的。

· Observing and controling using of oil and additives and soft water, knows how to preapre oil and additives and soft wáter for production.

观察控制水，添加剂，油的使用，并知道怎么准备油，水，添加剂。

· Running additional quality analysis when got claims from clients.

客户投诉时做附加的各种质量分析。

· Coordinating with shift leaders to communicate perfecly between ATLs and Mechanics.

跟领班一起协调好车间ATL及机修工之间的交流。
