Quality Inspector (5 days | East | Quality Control | Production)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am to 5.45pm)
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections for materials, assemblies, and finished products.

• Conduct visual and workmanship inspections according to drawings, specifications, SOPs, work instructions, and quality requirements.

• Verify product configuration, part numbers, labels, serial numbers, and other required documentation before shipment.

• Identify, record, and segregate non-conforming materials or products and support NCR/MRB activities.

• Maintain inspection records, checklists, quality reports, and traceability documentation.

• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and other relevant teams to resolve quality issues.

• Support investigation of quality issues and basic root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Support customer quality requirements, internal/external audits, and continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure compliance with ESD, 5S, safety, and applicable quality procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Preferably 2 years of QC/QA experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, integration, or a related manufacturing environment.
