Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Quality Inspector and NDE Trainee to join our manufacturing team in New Castle, PA. In this critical role, the successful candidate will inspect incoming materials, in-process fabrications, and finished metal products to verify full compliance with work orders and established specifications.

This position includes a structured training pathway, requiring the candidate to progress toward certification as a Level II Liquid Penetrant Inspector within 6 to 10 months of on-the-job training.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detailed-focused, and brings prior manufacturing and inspection experience. Strong measuring skills and forklift operating experience are essential to succeed in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Measures centerlines and reference points to verify initial and assembly layout and machine setup.
  • Verifies physical properties and size of materials such as plates, sheets, structural shapes, castings, forgings, dies, fixtures, and work produced by fabricating machines.
  • Training for nondestructive testing with liquid penetrant to become a certified level II inspector.
  • Performs visual inspection for rough edges, cracks, and appearance.
  • Identifies parts for acceptance or rejection.
  • Utilizes hand tools to measure dimensions per specification. (Calipers, Micrometers, Machinist Scale, Tape Measure)
  • Reports inspection results on detailed forms and documents.
  • Operates a positive metal identification device.
  • Enters data pertaining to nonconformance information, test results, and order status on a computer terminal.
  • Inspects product to define tolerances.
  • Operates forklift.
  • Requires interaction with customers and auditors in a professional manner.

Work Schedule:

  • During the initial training period hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm.
    • Upon completion of training period (will last between 6 months to 1 year), this position may have the option to work four (4) ten (10) hour shifts based upon department needs from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Overtime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfil customer delivery expectations
