Quality Inspector

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining supplier quality and identifying root causes of defects to enhance product reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. - Utilize 7 QC tools to analyze and interpret inspection data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Perform root cause analysis on defects and work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions. - Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure adherence to GD & T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards in all quality assessments. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of quality inspection processes and methodologies. - Familiarity with supplier quality management and defect analysis. - Proficiency in using 7 QC tools for quality control and improvement. - Understanding of GD & T principles and their application in quality inspection. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
