Job Description:
- ToManage and Performance the QUALITY ASSURANCE CONTROL Parts and Productsinspection on all incoming and out-going process before shipment/delivery tocustomer.
- Toperform all CMM programming QC job expects and compliance to customers spec.
- Toensure proper QC compliance (Standard Operations Procedure- SOP) audit fromtime to time.
- Toperform and responsible in visual checking on parts/product includes dents ordefects, measuring size or dimension, degreasing and polishing during processtill Final stage of completion.
- Toresponsible on all parts and products First Article Inspection compliancereport and related QC documentation for customer.
- Tomanage all QC equipment/machines/tool and in-charge of QC incoming andout-going operations.
- Tobe responsible on periodic audits on the quality system/equipment/toolsperformance standard.
- To liaise with internal/externalcustomer and vendor on all QC related function matter if any
Competence Requirements
- Two (2) years in relevant experience in QC/QA environment.
- Perform CMM programming, smart-scope and QC measuringtools/equipment.
- Ability to read, understandmechanical drawing and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
