Summary:
The Entry Level Quality Coordinator assists quality department with reviews and inspection of parts throughout production stages and completes data entry of findings. This is a 90-day internship position. Candidates will be provided the necessary training for this position.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

- Enter variety of data using Microsoft excel.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
- Review and enter data updates in the systems.
- Review discrepancies in data received.
- Perform hourly in-process inspections for all running jobs using gauges, scales and visual inspection to identify product defects.
- Notify floor supervisor/plant manager immediately when non-conforming parts are detected.
- Quarantine nonconforming parts physically with proper identification and labeling.
- Support additional Quality department duties as assigned
