Quality Internship
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in daily incoming inspection activities to ensure materials meet quality requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including buyers, engineers, and logistics personnel to support incoming quality activities.
- Assist in converting manual incoming inspection forms into an automated inspection system.
- Perform buy-off for calibration reports and support calibration system updates and maintenance.
- Support quality documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality systems preferred.
- Exposure to project coordination or process improvement activities is an advantage.
Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good oral, written, and presentation abilities.
- Creative, energetic, and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with others.
