Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Quality Management

Supervise and direct the activities of the Quality Engineering and Quality Control teams.

Lead the analysis of statistical data and product specifications to establish and maintain quality standards.

Administer and support internal and external problem-solving activities (e.g., root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions).

Collaborate with cross-functional managers to review quality issues and implement actions to prevent recurrence.

Attend and lead meetings as required to drive quality performance and alignment.
Process Preparation & Quality Planning

Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans.
-
Establish and maintain inspection standards to ensure consistent product quality.

Generate Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) for 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) changes.

Coordinate and request periodic product testing with customers to validate quality performance.
-
Identify root causes of quality issues and implement continuous improvement strategies.
-
Ensure all measuring and testing equipment is calibrated, maintained, and functioning properly; coordinate repairs as needed.
Inspection & Quality Control Operations

Oversee and ensure execution of all inspection activities across processes:
Incoming Inspection:

Conduct and supervise inspection of incoming materials, including resin and paint.
Molding Process:
-
Verify moisture content of resin after drying.
-
Inspect ultra-small and medium-sized molded products for compliance.
-
Conduct final inspections prior to shipment.
Painting Process:
-
Perform process circuit inspections.
-
Measure coating thickness and verify adherence to specifications.
-
Conduct final inspections to ensure paint quality meets standards.
Assembly Process:

Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet defined quality requirements.

Approve or reject materials and products based on inspection and testing results.

Release conforming products for production or shipment.
Training & Development

Monitor training levels and effectiveness of quality personnel.

Plan, organize, and deliver training related to quality standards, inspection methods, and reliability.

Support technical training through one-on-one coaching and group sessions.
