Quality Supervisor

Are you passionate about quality systems, continuous improvement, and leading teams in a manufacturing environment? Greenwood Fabricating & Plating is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee our Quality Assurance team while helping maintain and improve our Quality Management System.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing manufacturer serving industry-leading customers.

Compensation & Benefits

$85,000–$110,000 annually
(Based on experience)

What You'll Do

Lead our Quality team by:

Supervising Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
Maintaining ISO-compliant quality systems and documentation
Leading internal audits and supporting customer audits
Driving Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions (CAPA)
Monitoring quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting new product launches
Working cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Operations
Building a culture focused on quality, accountability, and process excellence

We're Looking For

Candidates with:

3–5+ years of manufacturing quality experience

Previous supervisory or leadership experience

Strong knowledge of:

ISO Quality Systems
Root Cause Analysis
CAPA
FMEA
PPAP
Control Plans
Technical Drawings

Excellent organizational and communication skills

A passion for developing people and improving processes
