- Build and develop the quality team, establishing processes, responsibilities, and capabilities to support production.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to integrate quality requirements into product development and production processes.
- Develop quality metrics, risk management practices, and supplier quality expectations to support consistent performance and compliance.

- Ability to assess certification requirements and develop practical strategies to achieve and maintain compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with experience building teams, establishing processes, and collaborating across engineering and manufacturing.
- A builder’s mindset with the ability to develop scalable quality systems in an evolving manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in wire harness, cable assembly, electronics, or electromechanical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620, AS9100, or other relevant aerospace, defense, and electronics quality standards.
- Experience establishing quality systems for manufacturing startups, new facilities, or rapidly scaling operations.
